THE WISE, THOUGHTFUL, WITTY, SAD, AND STRANGE RESULTS OF A RECENT SURVEY OF COLLEAGUES AT WORK. IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER AND WITHOUT ATTRIBUTION TO PROTECT THE GUILTY. BUT YOU CAN TELL WHICH ONES COME FROM THOSE ON THE SERVICE SIDE OF OUR BUSINESS.

Finish the sentence:
There are two kinds of people in the world…

Those with dogs that pee on the rug and those with dogs that pee everywhere.

The pushers and the pushed

The clueless and the ones pretending not to be.

Those in the dining room and those in the kitchen

Those who push the elevator button and those who push it again

Those who never return your call and those who never call

Those with lots of awards and those who deserve them

Social psychos and anti-social psychos

Tea Partiers and Coffee Partiers

those who are happenin and those who ask “what’s happenin?”

Players and Haters

Invoicers and Remitters

Dancers and non-dancers

Egg people and Pancake people

The Grandes and The Ventis

The God fearing and the godless

those who seek closure and those who…

those who love to talk, and those who hate to listen.

Fillers and Emptiers

those who want money and those who don’t know what they want

those who pay their share and those not invited to lunch.

Those who care and those who don’t

The Domestic and the imported

The tolerant and the intolerable

Those who get it and those who get it all

Those who bother me when I’m working and those who do it all the time.

Those with good taste and those who taste good

Those who lie about sex and those who lie about everything

The Sweet and the Sour.

The ones saying “thank you” and the ones saying “you’re welcome”

Those who are always late and those who never show up at all.

Those who like the music I like and those I won’t date.

Creators and Critics

Vegans and Pagans

Cooperators and co-opters

Aisle seat people and window seat people.

Freaks and Fools

Those who can and do, and those who can’t but think they can do it better.

The True and The Untrue.

Angels and Devils

People who hold grudges and people who hold hands.

AND THEN THERE’S THREE KINDS OF PEOPLE…

Those with a nice apartment
Those with a nice house
Me

Those who live to eat
Those who eat to live
Those who eat whatever’s left in the pantry

Those you can depend on
Those who depend on you
Co-dependents.

The Good
The Bad
The Ugly

And then there are those who love Johann and Yo Yo
